As our New South Wales Retail Development Representative your primary focus is being responsible for delivering high quality in store presentation through initial store set ups, refurbishing, relaying and merchandising of product within retail hardware stores**.**

A fully maintained company car will be provided as there are travel requirements, throughout the state of New South Wales and Australia when requested.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction through interaction and execution of quality merchandising work in store, whilst working within defined plans and timelines;
- Ensure all follow ups are resolved, documented and communicated;
- Efficient utilisation of overview reports and satisfaction surveys to ensure management and sales team are regularly updated on status of retail development projects;
- Continuously identifying process efficiencies; and
- Identifies opportunities to grow revenue whilst on-site.

**To be successful in this position you will have**:

- Hardware or similar industry experience is preferable;
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships;
- Excellent oral and written communication;
- Planning and organisational capabilities;
- Ability to work independently;
- Driver's licence;
- Capacity to travel regionally and interstate as required;
- Travelling is an essential part of this role(10 to 12 weeks per year); and
- Good level of problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
