ABOUT THE JOB:_

We're looking for an experienced senior mechanic with trade qualifications and knowledge in suspension/brakes and general mechanical duties to join our team.
- REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:_

A passion for cars and the car industry;

Vehicle fitment knowledge (highly desirable);

A valid driver's license;

The ability to work weekends;

The ability to take 40 - 60 inbound calls per day and demonstrate a high sales conversion rate;

The ability to take the initiative and close any inbound/outbound leads and retail sales;

Help to grow our retail and wholesale customer base;

The ability to follow strict processes and meet deadlines;

Excellent customer service skills and phone manner;

Excellent time management skills;

A willingness to continuously learn on the job.
- WHAT YOU WILL GET:_

$45K - $50K base salary package with an attractive OTE of up to $120K
