**Overview about the role**:
The role of the Manager Infrastructure Operations will be based at Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne (RDHM). The purpose of the position is to manage building infrastructure operations at RDHM, Corporate Services Building (CSB) and specialist maintenance services to Community Dental Agencies (CDA) include successful delivery of hard and soft services planned and preventative maintenance, and minor project works.
We are looking for someone who has strong experience in stakeholder management, working with competing priorities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Day-to-day management of all matters relating to building operations supporting critical environments at RDHM, CSB and specialist services to CDAs including planned preventative maintenance, risk & compliance, contractor governance, and procurement,
- Ensure a planned preventative maintenance program is established, managed, and compliant with all building regulations and essential safety measures.
- Manage operational expenditure, forecasting, and delivery, and assist in the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets and support the effective delivery,
- Proactively monitor building performance and drive the achievement of sustainability goals and targets including energy, waste, and water,
- Lead emergency management training and ensure procedures are adhered to and manage the HSE program of inspections including regular reporting.
**About you**:
- Qualifications in asset management related field and 3 years of experience in corporate service or 5 years of experience in a similar capacity role within Health Services or related corporate services sector.
- Strong communicator with exceptional customer service skills with the ability to present strong team leadership and engagement.
- Strong knowledge of risk & compliance, hard and soft services maintenance, contractor governance and supplier relationship management, procurement, and project management principles.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite of programs, asset management and information systems.
