**The Role**:
This Government Agency is seeking an IT Infrastructure Services Manager to lead the deliverables of IT infrastructure strategies and roadmaps.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the IT infrastructure Services team, the team’s deliverables, and all aspects of IT Infrastructure services.
- Actively lead the delivery of IT Infrastructure strategies and roadmaps, innovation, and improvements.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that the technology requirements of demand, availability and capacity management are met.
- Engage in procurements, contracts, and commercial arrangements required in pursuit of high value, cost effective, fit for purpose IT Infrastructure operations outcomes.
- Ensure organisation’s technology infrastructure services are fit for purpose, responsive, maintained, available and reliable, and secure.

**Experience & Prerequisites**:

- Minimum 6 years of experience as an IT Manager focused on infrastructure environment.
- Strong working knowledge in the management of hybrid infrastructure and hybrid cloud architectures, particularly Azure.
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus as a service view.
- Proven experience in managing a small team between 5 - 10 engineers.
- Technical qualifications in Microsoft Operating Systems, and/or a Tertiary qualification in an IT field, and/or other relevant industry qualifications, e.g. network, IT security, storage, virtualization.
