We’re looking for a **Compliance Manager** with a specialty in the **Retail or Wholesale Banking AML Advisory** space who’ll assist and provide guidance to the Financial Crime and Compliance team in relation to both local and global regulatory AML/CTF obligations.

You’ll be responsible for providing FCC advice to the Bank’s retail and wholesale business, which requires a high degree of analysis, writing skills, decision making ability, communication and interpersonal skills.

You’ll be encouraged to think outside the box, coming up with innovative and different approaches to particular tasks whilst helping achieve complaint solutions for the business.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Ensuring effective implementation of the AML/CTF policies and procedures and maintain adequate oversight.
- Providing advice to the 1st line retail business and KYC Operations on AML/KYC requirements.
- Providing guidance and support to the 1st line Retail business and KYC operations to close control gaps identified.
- Supporting with recommendations to Exit Committee regarding unacceptable risk customers, oversight off exiting of such customers and any follow up actions required.
- Ensuring timely escalation of any identified issues through proper risk management channels.
- Ensuring that AML/KYC related complaints/referrals to the FCC team are addressed within SLA.

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office in particular Work and Excel
- 10+ years’ experience in the financial services industry specifically related to AML activities in either the retail or wholesale banking space
- The ability to understand and research complex compliance issues
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills - ability to proactively identify issues quickly and provide business orientated solutions
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
