**Job Description - Education Consultant**

**Position Title**: Education Consultant
**Location**: Brisbane, Australia

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional advice and guidance to students on education pathways, including school, vocational, and higher education options.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and education providers to ensure smooth processes.
- Keep updated with education regulations, migration changes, and industry trends to provide accurate advice.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner institutions, agents, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations or seminars to prospective students and families.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and client service skills.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in education consultancy, migration, or customer service preferred.
- Familiarity with Australian education systems and student visa processes is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $49,900.00 - $59,000.00 per year
