Role Description

  • Create and implement comprehensive compliance frameworks for clients and ensure a direct link between regulatory requirements and training outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on VET compliance requirements, including Outcome and Compliance Standards for NVR RTOs, the National Code 2018, the ESOS Act, and any relevant funding or contractual obligations. Help clients interpret and apply new regulatory changes so they remain fully compliant and audit-ready.
  • Lead the validation and review of training and assessment materials.
  • Design, write, and update engaging learning content and assessment tools. This may involve developing learner guides, assessment tasks, contextualization, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate closely with trainers, assessors, and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Maintain relationships with external regulators and industry bodies to stay ahead of emerging compliance trends and ensure our clients are early adopters of best practices.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and health checks. Prepare clear reports and action plans to address any gaps. Support clients during regulatory
