Job Description – Education Consultant

Position Title: Education Consultant

Location: Brisbane, Australia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice and guidance to students on education pathways, including school, vocational, and higher education options.
  • Assist clients with enrolments, applications, visa requirements, and study-related documentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and education providers to ensure smooth processes.
  • Keep updated with education regulations, migration changes, and industry trends to provide accurate advice.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partner institutions, agents, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or seminars to prospective students and families.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and client service skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in education consultancy, migration, or customer service preferred.
  • Familiarity with Australian education systems and student visa processes is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $49,900.00 – $59,000.00 per year
