**About the Role: As the Principal HR Consultant, you will**:

- Lead the provision of consultancy services and implementation of best practice workforce and change management strategies to support state schools and corporate business units.
- Provide consultancy services and work collaboratively and proactively with business partners on specific issues relating to the department's provision of Human Resource services.
- Undertake project planning, project management and project reporting activities related to the delivery of various business improvement projects.
- Provide change management consultancy services to senior leaders, managers and staff that positively influence the human resource services, systems and work practices provided by the HR Business Partnering team.
- Undertake ongoing research and analysis of contemporary human resource practices to develop processes that incorporate innovative solutions to address complex organisational issues.
- Provide leadership and direction to team members to support the delivery of innovate, high quality human resource products and services.
