**About the role**

A unique opportunity is now available for an experienced and energetic CX specialist to join the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator’s (NHVR) Corporate Affairs division.

Reporting to Manager Industry Engagement and Customer Experience, you will use your extensive CX knowledge and experience to conceptualise, develop and implement customer experience design activities, including journey mapping. With an innovative mindset, you will partner across the business to execute our customer experience strategy and strengthen our commitment to CX and ensure that we are meeting our customer principles.

The Customer Experience Engagement Officer works with a broad range of external stakeholders - including the complete transport industry supply chain, and local and state government jurisdictions - responsible for customer priorities and the complaints process.

This is a full time, permanent position, based in Newstead’s vibrant Gasworks precinct - close to transport, cafes and end of trip facilities.

**About You**

With strong CX knowledge and experience, you are an energetic, dynamic and modern thinker for a modern Regulator. You will have hold relevant qualifications in CX, marketing or related field and have strong subsequent relevant experience working in a customer experience design position.

Key to your success in this role is your demonstrated experience in conceptualising, developing, implementing, and reporting on customer experience programs. You will have proven demonstrated experience building a CX system and implementing customer journey planning across an organisation.

You will hold high level communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer complaints and compliments and hold significant experience in these processes.

User experience and knowledge of the transport industry or Regulatory Compliance will also be highly regarded.
