**About the Company**

The Company provides a highly regarded enterprise-grade, ERP/CRM solution to customers (both for-profit and not-for profit organisations) whose primary services focus on delivering consumer-directed care. This includes disability care (including NDIS funded services), aged care, mental health care and allied health services. The quality and breadth of the Company’s software product has generated a very strong pipeline of new contract opportunities with Customers of increasing size.

The Company has strong Sales, Customer Success, Software Development, Contracts and Finance and HR teams who work together and support each other.

**About the Role**

The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for leading the implementation the Company’s rapid growth strategy (to further accelerate the already rapid growth) and meeting the associated financial targets. This will involve stewarding the Company’s Strategic Initiatives for each quarter (including driving the development and execution of Company’s product roadmap) and taking a ‘hands on’ approach to ensuring the day-to-day operations are running well, that Customer’s needs are being met, that emerging challenges are effectively addressed, and that all opportunities for improvement are seized upon and quickly converted to reality.

A key aspect will be working with the People and Culture manager and other leaders to ensure timely and effective hiring, training and deployment of new staff to support Customers as growth continues to accelerate.

The role will involve executive-level engagement with key existing Customers and large potential Customers (including taking a sponsorship role in some major implementation projects) to ensure the winning and successful execution of ‘game changing’ contracts.

The role will also involve ensuring that the Company’s risks continue to be properly managed, and in particular that information security (including cyber security) is ‘water-tight’ in all regards.

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer who has strong leadership and operational management skills, a commitment to the nurturing its people and culture, and to engaging with stakeholders to ensure the continued delivery of great software to an increasing number of Customers - i.e. driving a continued rapid ‘scale-up’.

**Job requirements**

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will possess the following:

- Experience in a senior management position within the software/technology or related sectors.
- The ability to clearly ‘lead by example’ in caring for staff, being highly responsive and in driving business improvements.
- Ability to identify key opportunities and challenges and to build consensus and relationships among executives, the workforce and customers.
- Strong operational and project management capabilities to ensure clear prioritisation of work, effective processes & teamwork, and successful delivery of services to Customers on-time and within budget.
- Proven capabilities in driving operational excellence and processes that will scale quickly.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to maximise long term financial outcomes
