Crown Perth’s Table Games department is seeking a professional and collaborative individual to take on the role of Full Time Administration Manager on a **6 Month contract**.
The Table Games department within Crown Perth is an incredibly dynamic environment. Consisting of approximately 700 team members, the team work together to manage the running of the tables within the Main Gaming Floor, Baccarat Room and Pearl Room which encompasses over 200 tables in total.
Your busy day will include managing the office of the Executive General Manager Table Games as well as providing administrative support to the Senior Management and Management team. You will also coordinate the electronic management of all documents, databases and processes within the office, and any other tasks as requested by the Executive General Manager.
**Additional Information**:
To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:
- Extensive administrative experience at a senior level
- Experience with diary management and the coordination of meetings, booking rooms and preparing correspondence
- Significant experience in stakeholder management including working with senior management, internal teams, external clients & customers
- High level of maturity, where confidentiality, integrity and discretion are upheld at all times
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suites (particularly Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Understanding/ experience related to purchasing, purchasing orders and managing invoices
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and highly self-motivated with an ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- A flexible approach to working hours and ability to work additional hours as required
- Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment and able to learn new programs and processes.
