**The Company**

Our client is a well-respected European pharmaceutical/cosmeceutical company, they have a range of exciting products that are highly regarded by Specialists and Customers in the facial aesthetic arena. In a phase of phenomenal growth, they are making their presence felt in the Australian market. This is a newly created permanent position with hybrid options or a 3 day a week permanent part time.

**About the Role**
- Provide administrating support to the Medical Education Department
- Based in North Sydney, 3 days part time or 5 days Hybrid
- Support Medical education team with the internal training workshops, conference events and launches
- Assisting new employee when on boarding with various marketing, medical and systems support

**The Successful Applicant**
- Education, communications, or business administration degree preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience working in cosmetic, skincare, FMCG or luxury brands
- Autonomous individual who demonstrates initiative & a hands-on approach
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, smart and agile.
