Job Title: Medical Education Professional

Seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development and execution of educational programs for SPM & ENT in ANZ.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in medical education, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. They will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to develop program content and ensure delivery excellence.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance medical education initiatives across ANZ.
  • Cultivate partnerships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders to drive high-quality educational events.
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver local medical education training activities.
  • Evaluate programs against regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies.
  • Oversight of faculty contracts and program logistics.
  • Design learning experiences that meet the evolving needs of customers and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., education, marketing, business).
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in medical education or a related field, preferably in the medical devices industry.
  • Proven business acumen and expertise in SPM and ENT.
