Key Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Medical Education Manager to oversee the execution of educational programs across ANZ for SPM & ENT.

This role involves partnering with key stakeholders to develop strategic direction and operational roadmap for Medical Education, as well as engaging and communicating with HCP faculty and internal stakeholders to implement and deliver high-quality educational events that drive adoption in key focus areas of the business units.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute educational programs that meet the needs of practicing surgeons, nurses, residents, fellows, or other related Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure all programs comply with local and global regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies
  • Establish program agendas, according to current trends, and develop course content, learning objectives, attendee profile and others
  • Drive innovation in learning; maximizing opportunities for blended, flexible learning solutions that truly meet the needs of our customers in a changing, fast paced environment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in a business related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in medical education or marketing management in the medical devices industry
  • Strong business acumen and orientation and experience in SPM, ENT
