Medical Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Education Specialist to oversee the development and execution of educational programs across ANZ for SPM & ENT with practicing surgeons, nurses, residents, fellows, or other related Healthcare Professionals.

  • Develop suitable medical education programs aimed at addressing the learning needs of customers.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to assess customer learning needs and develop effective programs.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality educational content.

This role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders to drive business growth through strategic medical education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive medical education strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Content Development: Create engaging and informative educational content for various audiences.
  • Program Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of educational programs, including logistics, delivery, and evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Education, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical education or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful medical education programs.
