Our client is a leading national retailer currently seeking a Program Coordinator to support the PMO for a business unit.

Your new role will see you working closely with the broader PMO team and supporting the successful delivery of a range of initiatives. You will also be providing scheduling support and ensuring the appropriate governance measure are in place and being followed. Other activities will include supporting on boarding and off boarding activities, reports generation, budget monitoring and scheduling.

Skills and Experience:

- Scheduling experience using MS Project, MS Excel and other scheduling tools
- Strong project governance experience
- Prior experience in retail or supply chain industries is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously

Our client is offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension. Offices are based near the Melbourne CBD with work from home flexibility on offer.
