What you will do

  • Provide coordination support to the program and project team to deliver MACS technology initiatives, coordinating multi-stream programs
  • Manage coordination and tracking of program/project meetings, actions and decisions, including governance meetings
  • Prepare executive briefings, presentations, agendas, minutes, papers and program reporting
  • Support development of program plans and tracking of milestones and deliverables, including document and records management
  • Coordinate and support program and project risks, issues and communications, in line with inter-dependencies

About you

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and supporting large-scale IT programs with high attention to detail and quality in artifacts such as presentations and reports
  • Experience with excellent document and information management
  • Excellent time management; proactive and flexible with competing priorities
  • Technical skills with software packages, especially within M365, Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, JIRA and Confluence
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
