**About the Opportunity**
Joining as the Human Resources Manager, you will report into the Senior Human Resources Manager and work closely with the broader HR team to build capability, facilitate change and continue to foster a culture of high-performance across the business. As you partner with Section Heads, Business Services Managers, and other key internal stakeholder groups, you will strategically deliver initiatives in alignment with key objectives. You will handle employee relations matters with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism and provide coaching and guidance to leaders to uplift their capability.
You will also:
- Design and implement exceptional talent management and development initiatives focusing on engagement and retention of staff and the building of sustainable high-performing teams.
- Act as the custodian of people policies through interpretation, implementation, and the development of strategy around employee relations processes.
- Support and facilitate the implementation of change initiatives via collaboration with centres of excellence to ensure consistency in the employee experience.
**About You**
A capable leader, you will be a commercially minded individual who brings strong experience partnering with stakeholders in a similar environment. Building effective professional relationships will come naturally, and you will be confident in your ability to deliver high levels of employee engagement. As you coach and partner with leaders in the business, your ability to uplift their capability to lead high-performing teams will be evident. You will bring prior experience in designing and implementing strategic initiatives and projects which contribute to the achievement of key business objectives. As you lead by example, you will champion and embody core leadership competencies and business values to reflect standards of excellence.
You will also bring:
- Strong experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commercial business acumen and proven experience operationalising the people strategy in alignment with organisational objectives.
- Strong understanding and awareness of relevant legislation and contemporary industry best-practise.
