**About the role**
As the Human Resources Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Human Resources function across the business. With a generalist remit, you will also drive various people initiatives including scholarship programs and the implementation of the new HRIS. Contributing as a critical part of the HRIS project you will work closely with key stakeholders to support the installation, implementation, testing and maintenance moving forward. Day to day you will:

- Develop and maintain standards, policies and procedures across Human Resources and System processes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practice on working instructions and training materials.
- Build, manage and standardise reporting across all business units.
- Provide support and guidance around generalist Human Resources enquiries including recuritment, onboarding, award and enterprise agreement interpretation, performance and training compliance.

**About you**

You will bring elevated interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills. As a high performing, self-motivated individual, you will enjoy actively contributing your Human resources experience to a business that values its people and culture. You will also:

- Strong understanding of all aspects of Human Resources, including Learning and Development, Remuneration, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Engagement.
- Exposure to an HRIS and the implementation process.
- A commercial approach to decision making, the desire to continuously achieve and the ability to manage competing demands.
- The ability to work collaboratively, be innovative, inspire others and build trust.
