**About the role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing Office Manager/Team Assistant to join our Melbourne team on a
**part-time permanent** basis. The role is for
**30 hours per week** which can be worked over 4 or 5 days (flexible). The Office Manager is a crucial role where they’ll act as the glue that holds it altogether.
In this role you will be responsible for:
***
- **First point of contact** for all office, team and building management queries.
- Assisting the Development, Finance, Marketing and Sales teams with **administrative tasks** including travel arrangements
- **Manage files** both physical and electronic in accordance with AVID legal requirements.
- Purchase order/contract/invoice/expense processing.
***- Ordering and maintaining all offices supplies inclusive of mail and couriers.
- Supporting AVID’s **onboarding and offboarding processes** to effect positive employee experience.
- **Event management and co-ordination** of team/office functions, project-related launches, and charitable events.
**Skills and experience**
To be successful in the role, you will require:
- Office Manager or Team Assistant experience in a corporate environment (3+ years desirable)
- Strong proactivity and organisational skills
- Competencies in planning, prioritising and multi-tasking
- Approachability and dedication to meeting expectations and requirements
- Superior communication (verbal and written) skills
- Have intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills;
- Strong attention to detail; and
- Thrive on being part of a high performing team and enjoy working on a variety of tasks.
