The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join APA's Legal, Governance & Regulatory Team as a Team Assistant, based in our Melbourne office. This is a permanent, full-time role where you'll play a vital part in supporting our leaders and helping us achieve our business objectives.
Reporting to a General Manager, you'll provide high-level administrative and operational support to the LG&R Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing calendars and scheduling of meetings and travel bookings for your GMs
- Manage purchase orders, invoices and expenses, including raising and receipting purchase orders, processing invoices and expense claims and maintaining company credit card procedures for your GMs
- Assist in coordinating team offsite days and site visits
- Assist in the submission of board and Executive Committee papers
- Actively contribute to the Business Support Team through involvement in projects, business, system and procedures improvements including providing leave coverage for broader Team and Executive Assistants as required
- Onboarding assistance for direct reports of a GM
About You
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proven experience in a high performance corporate environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Well organised and a good planner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Teams)
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable
