As part of our growth, we now have an opportunity for a Team Assistant to join our team in Melbourne.
About the opportunity
Working across our Investment & Development team and working closely with the Executive Assistant, this position is an essential piece of the business puzzle. This position will give you the opportunity to work with a diverse range of internal stakeholders and focus on delivering exceptional assistance to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations, enabling the team to perform efficiently.
**To do this you will**:
- Support the preparation and formatting of presentations, reports, and general correspondence.
- Assist with travel arrangements across the team.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- Assist in data collection, supporting the team to produce timely and accurate reports.
About you
To be successful, you will be adaptable and proactive and have experience managing competing priorities within a dynamic environment. Proven ability to work independently, a commitment to service and delivery, demonstrated high levels of initiative and professionalism in exercising privacy and confidentiality is also essential.
