Liquor & Gaming NSW administers the regulatory framework for the liquor, gaming, wagering, casino and registered clubs sectors in NSW. This includes undertaking compliance and enforcement activities, providing policy advice to government, licensing certain activities and delivering industry support and education activities.?

**Essential Requirements**?

**Key Accountabilities**?
- Provide timely, informed guidance and advice regarding designated licensing and related approval matters to management, staff, customers and other stakeholders.
- Continually evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of all operations and relevant strategies, and identify and progress opportunities to improve service delivery, facilitate stakeholder confidence and optimise compliance.
- Contribute to broader reviews relevant to designated licensing and approval matters, and measures to facilitate a cohesive, integrated approach to core licensing and approvals functions.
- Prepare timely and accurate internal and external reports, correspondence, briefings and submissions relevant to the unit’s activities.
