About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic team at Tetris Group in Emu Plains, NSW. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our electrical infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our industrial facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on industrial equipment and systems
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues, and implementing appropriate solutions
  • Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities to identify and address potential problems
  • Interpreting and following electrical schematics, diagrams, and other technical documentation
  • Collaborating with other trades professionals to ensure the seamless coordination of projects
  • Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements

What we're looking for

  • A valid Electrical Contractor License or Qualified Supervisor Certificate
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Industrial Electrician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, drawings, and other technical documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all relevant safety protocols
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
