Human Resources and Recruitment Co-ordinator required for an immediate start to join our Clients Business on the Northside of Brisbane.

Are you an experienced Human Resources and Recruitment Professional looking for a new role and can work Monday to Friday or Part Time with flexible hours within our clients business?

The role includes your expertise in:

- Management of HR Functions
- Provide and address staff related items including Training, Retention and Recruitment
- Develop and implement HR Strategies with the overall business
- Recruitment and Onboarding Processes
- Create, Review, Update Company Policies and Procedures
- Contractual Agreement Preparation
- Compliance in HR Processes

A tertiary qualification in Human Resources is desirable but not mandatory as you will bring attributes including:

- People Culture Environment
- Competent in Microsoft Office Applications
- Provide End to End HR Policy Advice
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Excellent Communication and Support with internal and external stakeholders
