**About the role**
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Services Co-Ordinator to provide efficient, professional and confidential support to the NHVR’s Legal Services Unit.
This is a permanent position based in our vibrant, modern workspace in Newstead, working with a family-friendly team, you will enjoy flexible work from home arrangements and additional leave over the festive period.
As the support of the NHVR’s Legal Services team, you will:
- Assist with the implementation of NHVR Legal Services’ case management system.
- Be the Legal Services’ Unit first point of contact in relation to the case management system,
- Assist the Legal Services Unit with the creation and management of external legal panels.
- Manage the maintenance, and assist with updates of, the NHVR’s internal delegations and register.
- Coordinate in-house legal training, including scheduling presentations and articles in internal NHVR publications.
- Analyse enquiries and requests from stakeholders and determine appropriate action, including redirection of enquiries to personnel within Legal Services or other areas within the NHVR.
- Communicate and liaise with NHVR executives on issues as required.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure all actions are completed accurately and within required timeframes including in relation to purchase orders, invoice payments, team mailboxes, recruitment support and documentation for sign off.
- Continually review position responsibilities and Legal Service Unit’s operations to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Assist with the execution and storage of legal documents and return to contract owner where applicable.
- Co-ordinate stakeholders to ensure the timely provision of regular Legal Services Unit reports, including reports to Executives.

**About You**
We’re excited to meet people who have:
- Experience in providing in-house legal support or law firm support.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level support in a professional and confidential manner.
- Demonstrated ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines.
- Experience and understanding of delegations and maintaining registers of legal instruments and agreements.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and Sharepoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Advanced word processing skills (required for legal document preparation).
You will demonstrate initiative and attention to detail, as well as an ability to work with mínimal supervision and contribute to the achievement of team goals. With a positive and flexible attitude, you will enjoy working in a fast paced, high-volume environment with multiple competing priorities and ambiguity.
Along with your excellent written and oral communication skills, you will have the ability to effectively negotiate with and influence a diverse range of people with a view to achieving desired outcomes and improving overall organisational maturity. An ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships with internal clients and external stakeholders will see you thrive in this role.
