**The Role**

We have a FIFO position available for a
**Shutdown Co-Ordinator** to join Wave in a client facing role. This exciting opportunity will see you gain exposure and plan for shutdown operations in a large coal mine in
**Central Queensland.**

**Your responsibilities would include among other things**:

- Manage overall project interfaces with maintenance, operations, and other work groups
- Assist to compile project schedules
- Continuous improvement of Shutdown process
- Undertake shutdown post review, lessons learnt, and produce and present shutdown close out report
- Liaise with Supervisors, Planners, and Planned Parts personnel to optimise future shutdowns
- Lead engagement with all internal and external stakeholders

**What we need from you**:

- Ability to work within an integrated & diverse team at times with challenging deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Effective time management skills to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.
- Form strong relationships and collaborate with a wide range stakeholder
- Technical or Trade qualification
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite including Project experience
