**About the Role**
Due to an increase of works within our Telecommunications - Telepower team, we are seeking a **Part-Time (3 days per week) Project Coordinator - Data Control **based out of **Melbourne,** **North** **Sydney **or our **Perth** offices. We offer a hybrid working environment.

Reporting to the Project Services - National Team Manager, the primary purpose of the **Project Coordinator - Data Control** will be to provide accurate interface data between Ventia and Telstra’s systems.

**The Project Coordinator - Data Control will also be responsible to**:

- Provide administrative support to the Ventia Telecommunications - Telepower team including submission of method of procedures, hazards and working in network sites documents into the SNOW system
- Proofing data interface between Ventia and Telstra, maintaining internal system CIMS and Novus
- Process and reviewing the documents
- Ensure that all documents are filed in a logical and traceable manner
- Vetting of all submissions (drawings/documents/reports) for all Telstra projects Nationally, to be submitted to Telstra for approval, after the completion of projects
- Working in coordination with construction supervisors and coordinators

**About you**
You will have experience working in a similar position ideally within the Telecommunications, Civil or related industry accompanied with:

- Highly proficient in MS Office suite, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint
- Accurate data entry skills and a strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in Ariba/SAP preferable or similar procurement system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective filing and documentation systems
