Project Officer

- Your ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders and working with our subcontractors and clients to ensure delivery compliance will be a key component in your success in this role.**Key duties, but not limited to**:

- Regular daily following up with subcontractors, field managers to obtain updates on each task and project
- Promptly responding to clients' needs, keeping them informed, and taking responsibility for problem resolution
- Co-ordinating multiple concurrent projects to ensure on time delivery
- Manage logístical requirements to ensure stock availability
- Previous experience in Project Coordination / Project Support / Site Engineering
- Attention to detail with excellent skills in the MS Office - advanced Excel
- Ability to take own initiative and resolve problems
- Strong ability to prioritise work and deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the telecommunications construction industry is highly regarded.
