**Ventia** are actively recruiting a solution orientated **Project Coordinator** to join our **Telecoms / Telepower Critical Infrastructure** team.-
**About the role**:

- Ensure all materials are ordered/delivered in a timely manner to meet construction schedules in liaison with the logistics co-ordinator.
- Monitor construction execution and report delays and discrepancies to the construction team
- Manage, review, and develop weekly and monthly progress reports
- Drive, administer and implement client focused initiatives and improvements
- Offer specialist support to internal stakeholders providing solution-based improvement initiates
- Actively manage and ensure Project Management systems are current
- Ensure that all subcontractors involved are fully compliant with Ventia and client requirements
- Proactively identify and resolve problems in conjunction with the field supervisors and managers

**About you**:

- High attention to detail and the ability to plan and organize a variety of assignments
- Proficient in Excel, SAP, Vis Res, and Contract Management Systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders and as a team player
