IT Transition Delivery Manager

The Role
**In this role you will**:
Lead the adoption of new, more mature transition management processes and approach
Arrange, own, and facilitate review sessions during the life of the respective programs / projects regarding the transition process with the relevant stakeholders and budget holder to attain sign off and timely acceptance prior to implementation into production.
Work with the D&T, Change Delivery and Applications teams to review change requests to identify technology changes (minor change) that require transition into production, prior to the submission to release planning board.
Working with respective peers, D&T resources and vendors effectively and proactively manage risks for medium to high-risk programs and projects
Provide final recommendation for all Program / Project transition into production
**Skills you’ll bring**:
5+ years’ experience in Service Delivery / Project Management in a mature, complex, and geographically spread organisation.
Demonstrated success in implementing pragmatic Transition management practices in complex organisations with enterprise scale and cloud-based environment
Relevant qualifications or relevant fields of experience such as ITIL Certification / Practitioner
Strong planning, budget, communication, and organisational skills
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
