Overview

We're looking for a Transition to Support Lead to ensure services from a large transformation program are successfully handed over into BAU. You'll be the bridge between project delivery and operations, making sure new services are supported, adopted, and ready to go.

What You'll Do
  • Create and roll out a repeatable transition methodology
  • Lead service handovers into BAU with clear documentation and training
  • Engage directly with stakeholders, manage expectations, and handle pushback
  • Use your BA skills to identify gaps, risks, and requirements
  • Drive change and comms activities to support adoption
  • Negotiate outcomes that balance delivery and operations
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in service transition or service delivery
  • Strong business analysis background
  • Change and communications experience
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
  • ERP or integrated platform program exposure (highly regarded)
