Job Title: IT Transition Delivery Manager
A leading provider of international human services is seeking a seasoned transition delivery manager to lead the adoption and implementation of new transition management processes and approaches. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging, owning, and facilitating review sessions during the life of respective programs/projects regarding the transition process with relevant stakeholders.
The role requires strong planning, budget, communication, and organizational skills to manage risks effectively and provide final recommendations for program/project transitions into production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the adoption of new transition management processes and approaches
- Arranging, owning, and facilitating review sessions during the life of respective programs/projects
- Working with D&T, Change Delivery, and Applications teams to review change requests and identify technology changes requiring transition into production
- Managing risks for medium to high-risk programs and projects
- Providing final recommendations for program/project transitions into production
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in service delivery/project management in a mature, complex, and geographically spread organization. Relevant qualifications or experience in ITIL Certification/Practitioner are highly desirable.
