Job Title: Transition Specialist

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Transition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements.

The Opportunity: This role involves arranging and completing on-site visits to clients' residences to determine the scope and complexity of their move/transfer through inventory analysis, customer service visits, loss and damage assessments, store house and supplier visits/inspections.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with providers, establishing review mechanisms and promoting innovative solutions to ensure the successful delivery of contract requirements.
  • Understand the contractual documentation relating to RS Providers, including SOR and Minimum Standards.
  • Understand the culture of key clients and ensure swift response and resolution of service delivery issues.
  • Promote and encourage a safe working environment, assist in ensuring a fit-for-purpose move by conducting safety conversations and gaining customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with Case Managers and Leadership team regarding day-to-day service issues.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to deal with sensitive information and work autonomously.
  • Spatial estimation skills with a good understanding of industry loading, packing and handling practices.
  • Customer service experience displaying empathy, patience and listening skills.
  • Knowledge of the Transitions industry and terms such as notices, loads, volumes, etc.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective support and rapport with personnel at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to maintain positive relationships and influence.
