Transition Service Manager

Job Overview:
About the PositionThis is a key role accountable for ensuring the seamless transfer of services from large-scale transformation programs into Business as Usual (BAU).
You will act as a bridge between project delivery and operations, guaranteeing that new services are well-supported, adopted, and ready for use.
The successful candidate will develop and implement a repeatable transition methodology, lead service handovers with clear documentation and training, engage with stakeholders, manage expectations, and handle pushback.
A strong business analysis background will help identify gaps, risks, and requirements, while driving change and communications activities to support adoption.

- ERP or integrated platform program exposure (highly regarded)
