Working with the **Engagement and Communities team at GHD **(Sydney), this exciting entry-level position will provide the opportunity to start your career on a variety of projects within both private and public sectors. As an **Engagement Consultant **, you will be involved in:

- Drafting and implementing engagement plans for GHD’s clients.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with Project Directors, and Project Managers.
- Working on a broad range of city-defining projects.
- Developing your communication and engagement skillset in a supportive and collaborative team.
- Contributing to GHD’s growing Engagement, Communication and Communities team in NSW.

**What would you bring to the team?**
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to collaborate and work across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strategic and creative thinking that contributes to successful outcomes for clients.
- A university degree in communication, community development, planning, marketing or a related area.
