At DEI Tech Solutions, we help businesses create workplaces where people can do their best work and live their best lives. Our Talent Solutions team partners with clients to design and deliver strategies that attract, grow, and retain the right people for their business.

We are looking for a Talent Engagement Consultant, someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and knows how to bring great opportunities and great talent together. This is a pathway role into Talent Solutions, with training provided for the right person.

It suits someone who is confident in conversation, commercially aware, and motivated by meaningful results rather than transactions.

What the role involves

- Building meaningful connections with candidates across technology, transformation, and business services

- Understanding people, their motivations, strengths, and what thriving at work really looks like for them

- Partnering with consultants to identify, engage, and nurture exceptional talent

- Managing candidate journeys with empathy, clarity, and professionalism

- Supporting broader talent initiatives that strengthen DEI Tech's reputation for human-first delivery

Who this might suit

You might have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations. Or you might come from an environment where relationship-building and results go hand in hand. What matters most is that you:

  • Enjoy connecting with people and building trust quickly
  • Have strong communication and follow-through skills
  • Are curious, proactive, and commercially minded
  • Bring at least one year of experience in IT or Sales and an interest in growing your career in Talent Solutions
