Your Impact

As a Customer Engagement Consultant, you're not just making calls—you're creating opportunities. You'll be the voice of Connect Hearing, reaching out to new and existing clients to spark meaningful conversations, influence decisions, and book appointments that help people experience life-changing hearing solutions at one of our 180+ clinics nationwide.

This is a target-driven, performance-focused role where your sales skills and ability to convert leads will directly drive both company growth and your personal success.

What You'll Do

Make high-volume outbound calls to engage existing and prospective clientsConvert leads into appointments by applying persuasive communication and benefit-based selling techniquesPromote our services and product range with confidence and empathyAccurately manage client information using our patient management system (PMS)Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIsBuild instant rapport and deliver a positive, memorable client experience

About You

A sales-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help peopleA clear, confident phone manner and persuasive communication styleProven ability to achieve and exceed KPIs in contact centre environment Excellent listening skills and the ability to build rapport quicklyExperience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office toolsResilience, energy, and self-motivation to drive your own success every day
