A great opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a can-do attitude to join our busy Melbourne Do and Charge Department as a Service Quoting Administrator. This role operates within our Service Department ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality service to our clients.

You will use your extensive administration and customer service experience, ideally obtained in the building services industry, to ensure achievement of our customers’ service requirements.

**Key Accountabilities include**:
Preparation of sales quotations for fire electrical and sprinkler repairs
Obtain subcontractor/supplier quotes
Follow up quotes with internal/external stakeholders
Update customer details
Maintain a strong customer focus at all times
Ensure information is relayed to clients in an efficient, clear and accurate manner.

Previous experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business customers is a must. You will be technologically savvy, open to working with new systems/technology whilst having a demonstrable history of meeting customer requirements in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

You will be a self-starter with exceptional organisational skills where you are most at home multi-tasking. Achieving deadlines is second nature and you will pride yourself on delivering customer service excellence. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Pronto (or other ERP’s) and having a high level of written and verbal communication skills will compliment your overall talents.
