As a Commercial Heating Quotes Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the procurement process by preparing accurate and competitive quotes for commercial heating customers. Wage range is $45,760.00 - $52,000.00 per annum. Wages may be scaled with relevant education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

- Work as a team member within our commercial heating department
- Communicate pricing details effectively to clients
- Address client concerns or modifications to quotes promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of quote requests, revisions, and approvals
- Organize and archive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute formal quotations to clients in a timely manner

Qualifications

- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and keyboarding skills.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform accurate cost calculations
