Our client is an Australian leading commercial kitchen equipment supplier and has been supplying the country’s most successful commercial kitchens with the latest equipment for decades. The Role
- Answer incoming queries from customers and clients
- Process orders, provide quotes and invoices
- Provide product information and recommendations to customer
- Maintaining a sufficient knowledge of products and their availability
- Coordinate local and international freight and logistics for orders
- Track and trace freight, including providing updates to customers
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Actively participate in continuous improvements
- Management of the database
**Skills & Experience**
You are experienced within a customer service, retail or administrative role and enjoy working with people. You bring relevant experience in customer service within similar environments where order processing is required, be able to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, be a team player and offer strong systems skills.
Experience with spare parts, Salesforce, kitchen equipment or within hospitality is a bonus. You are systems literate, take pride in the detail and accuracy of your work, and possess a mindset for continued learning and development.
