What does this job involve?

Looking to kick start a career in the Property or Facilities Management industries? JLL have several opportunities available based in our Marcus Clarke St offices, supporting our onsite Facilities teams across Australia

Day to day you will respond to and organise all repair and maintenance queries from a multi-client portfolio of properties managed by JLL in Australia.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Respond to all incoming enquiries from a multi-client portfolio
Verify and track work orders to completion
Continually build customer relations and ensure client satisfaction
Liaise with Property & Facilities Managers, the Property Service Centre team, Landlords, Tenants, Clients & Contractors

Please note that these roles are casual with strong potential to become permanent. We have proven examples of our team moving onwards and upwards within JLL

The hours will be as per your availability. You will be expected to work a rotating roster over 24/7, including some overnight and weekend shifts

**What we require from you**:
You enjoy building client relationships & have a strong customer service focus. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills are a must and you’ll adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving, can juggle multiple tasks and can be relied upon to work autonomously.

You’ll have some experience working either in a hospitality or service delivery role & you’ll bring your strong ‘Customer Service A-Game’ to JLL. Some experience working in a corporate environment will be looked upon favourably
