**About the role**
- The Regional Program Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of delivery of defined programs, including nature conservation and visitor experience functions as required across the Parks Victoria estate. This includes delivery planning, financial and resource management (human resources, facilities, assets, systems and staff training and development) in accordance with Parks Victoria's policies, procedures and objectives.
- The role will have direct reports.

**About the Team**
- Join a team of technical specialists working in partnership with District and Corporate teams to deliver critical pest plant and animal control works across Eastern Region, in some of the highest biodiversity value and culturally rich landscapes within the state.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- A Tertiary qualification in Science or equivalent
- High level judgement experience in analytical problem solving and decision making
- Demonstrated experience in multiple portfolio management
- Extensive experience in engagement and stakeholder management
- Ability to lead and manage teams including performance management
- A Current Resume
