**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a full time fixed-term VPS 4 Program Coordinator to assist with the delivery of the Enhanced Bail Supervision and Support (Electronic Monitoring) trial (EBSS EM). The two-year trial delivers a new bail option, aimed at enhancing bail supervision and support for young people at high-risk of non-compliance with bail and re-offending.

Electronic monitoring is a condition of bail that can be imposed on a young person as part of this trial. Young people on EBSS EM will be offered enhanced case management supports, including a dedicated team of Youth Justice professionals, afterhours and family support, and forensic intervention.

**Your duties will include**:

- Develop and implement framework and processes that support the Victoria Police response to non-compliant participants in the EBSS EM trial.
- Centrally coordinate the recording, management and distribution of information received from stakeholders.
- Foster and maintain constructive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, relating to youth, the Bail Act and the EBSS EM trial.
- Provide advice to respective police regions on the implementation and operation of the EBSS EM trial, ensuring there is a clear understanding of purpose and obligations.
- Identify and resolve potential risks associated with the implementation and operation of the EBSS EM trial.
- Represent Victoria Police at relevant meetings, forums, and events.
- Prepare reports, including briefing notes, trial updates and correspondence.

**About You**:

- Prior experience in roles focused on coordination and the establishment of guidelines and processes to deliver required outcomes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the youth justice sector and contemporary issues relevant to justice-involved young people.
- Demonstrated ability to convey expectations regarding outcomes and the timely achievement of objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly developed written skills and experience in the preparation of reports and correspondence.
- Proven ability to engage constructively with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work flexibly and manage shifting priorities.
- Proven ability to monitor client and stakeholder satisfaction, and constructively manage stakeholder issues to ensure positive outcomes for the stakeholder and the Region/Department/Command.
- A proven record of ethical behaviour.

- This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
