**About the role**:
In this role you will collaborate and assist the Senior Property Transactions Manager in resolving the divestment pipeline and site acquisition activities to meet Ampol’s corporate plan projections and statutory requirements. You will provide expert advice and successfully manage risk associated with the Group’s property portfolio.

**About you**:
You will be an individual who is able to ensure sensitivity and confidentiality when dealing with high profile/ complex property matters and disputes. Your strong organisational skills will set you up for success when managing priorities and tight deadlines set by external stakeholders. You will have a passion for leveraging your commercial and property knowledge.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist with site divestment business cases including expected financial outcomes, maintaining data rooms and approvals
- Support site acquisition business cases, conduct due diligence, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with external parties such as real estate agents, local government bodies and valuers
- Work with our internal environmental team to understand remediation timelines and costs
- Partner with the retail financial team and be involved with forecasting, and budget activities
- Manage governance processes which include reporting, environmental provisions, data management and divestment approvals

**Key skills and experience**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Law or a related business discipline
- Demonstrated, experience in legal administration and/ or property management and transactions
- Proven ability to provide accurate and timely reporting, research skills and a high degree of attention to detail
