Cannoleria is a unique concept that specialises in the traditional Sicilian dessert, Cannoli.

Cannoleria started in 2018 after a successful collaboration between multi-award-winning cheesemaker Giorgio Linguanti from That’s Amore Cheese and Chef Dario Di Clerico.

The company is rapidly expanding with now 5 Cannoleria stores across Melbourne, one little Cafe located at our HQ (UGO Cucina Popolare), a wholesale department, and an event and catering department, we are now seeking a Part-Time office administrator to join our team and help us push our start-up to the next level

This is a Part-time position that could lead to Full-Time opportunity.

Being part of a small business means you will have to multitask and adapt. This role is an excellent opportunity for you to become involved and contribute to all facets of administration within the company. Our business is rapidly growing so the opportunities are endless

To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team:
**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Data entry
- General administrative duties including filing, photocopying, typing, shredding, managing our general mailbox and office ad hoc duties
- Answering/directing phone calls & customers queries
- Administration support to partners

**You will have**:

- Excellent verbal, written communication, and multi-tasking skills
- An exceptional eye and a love for ironing out detail
- At least 2 years administration experience in a professional organisation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Proficient is using Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
- Experience with Myob
- Australian Permanent Residency/Citizenship
- Valid Driver’s Licence (preferred but not mandatory)
- Knowledge and passion for the food industry
- English fluency mandatory and knowledge in Italian culture and language is advantageous

You will be part of a young and enthusiastic team with a high standard of quality. This is a part-time position leading to full time opportunity, located at our HQ in Heidelberg West 3081.
- Job Type: Part-time leading to full time opportunity if needs be
- Part-time hours: 24 per week
- Starting Salary, award rate: Clerks - Private Sector Award Level 2(between $24.76 and $25.22 per hour + Super depending on previous experience)
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
- Ability to commute/relocate: Heidelberg West 3081: Reliably commute or planning to relocate (required) we are located near Latrobe Uni Campus (Bundoora)
