**About the Team**
RDA’s operations in Australia are growing rapidly and we are seeking an experienced Performance & Collaboration Manager to join us during this exciting and dynamic time. Reporting directly to the General Manager Tactical Wheeled Vehicles, this senior leadership position you will act as the prime interface for the delivery of our Land 400-2 program to the Commonwealth of Australia.
**About the Role**
RDA is seeking an experienced **Performance & Collaboration Manager** to deliver operational effectiveness across the organisation’s current and future programs, including but not limited to LAND400-2 Acquisition and Support Contracts. This will include the development, implementation and maintenance of our Integrated Planning, Monitoring & Control and Continuous Improvement activities.
As **Performance & Collaboration Manager**, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:
- Working with the Program Management Office (PMO) to establish effective, tailored processes for scope identification and management, integrated planning & scheduling, estimating cost and time, integrated risk identification and quantification and proposal development;
- Be the Secretary for the Program Strategic Relationship Boards, Key Program Reviews and the Contract Progress Meetings;
- Establish, implement and maintain New Business / Proposal Development Process and a Change Management Process;
- Establish and maintain effective reporting structures and data necessary to ensure the effective execution of the program plans and any corrective actions;
- Establish and monitor any integrated risk management to ensure linkage to planned activities, EAC reporting and progress monitoring of Action effectiveness;
- Establish and maintain systems for Continuous Improvement initiative identification, prioritisation, monitoring and tracking;
- Manage and coordinate the interface between numerous Entities involved in the LAND400-2 program;
- Present to stakeholders, reports on the progress as well as challenges and remediation plans in relation to the program; and
- Liaise with the Commonwealth of Australia and other internal and external stakeholders.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline;
- Proven experience in Project/Program Management, preferably within the Defence Industry;
- Experience in managing projects and project resources including subcontractors and multiple service providers using PM methodologies;
- Operational knowledge and capability of the Microsoft Office Professional;
- Sound and proven leadership capabilities;
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication, consultation and negotiation skills;
- Be eligible for an Australian Government Security Clearance (Negative Vetting 1) and have the capacity to satisfy pre-employment screening; and
- An ability to travel internationally and interstate when and if required.
