- it's all part of the DNA that has led to over 100 years of success globally. Our Accounts Payable Invoice Officer will ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices in accordance with company policies.
This role is Part-Time, 3 days per week.
Location - Moorabbin
**The Impact You'll Make;**
- Accurately process supplier invoices daily.
- Manage AP Invoice and AP Enquiries inbox.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Resolve vendor queries in prompt and courtesy manner.
- Complete GRNI review monthly.
- Submit new vendor requests and verify in line with process.
- Liaise and build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Review and complete shipment closures.
- Process all Intercompany invoices by BMG Netting due date and follow up any unauthorised invoices.
- Work cohesively and successfully with all team members.
- Monitor and resolve Debit Balances.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and collaborate during audits.
**About you**:
- At least 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to contribute to process and continuous improvement initiatives across the invoice processing function.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as an effective team member and autonomously.
- Experience in processing high-volume transactions.
