**A Little About the Role**

We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Australia and New Zealand team and help us manage end to end logistics across both markets. As the newest member of our close-knit ANZ team, you’ll work closely with our 3PL warehouse and freight partners, as well as internal teams, to ensure we meet our shipping deadlines and our customers expectations are exceeded. Every. Single. Time.

We’re currently a team of 4 in Australia (primarily based out of our office in Melbourne) and 1 in New Zealand. There’s a lot going on as we continue to grow in these markets and this role will also involve supporting the team on a variety of ad hoc tasks - think things like product demoing, attending events and covering other team members whilst they’re on holiday. A positive, can-do attitude is essential here as we’re a small team and no two days will be the same during this period of growth

**What you’ll do**:

- Work with our internal sales teams to coordinate deliveries and ensure that customer deadlines are met
- Liaise with our 3PL warehouse and freight partners to ensure all orders are picked, packed and shipped on time
- Be the point of contact for our customer support team to support and resolve any logístical issues that arise
- Generate labels, packing lists and supporting transport documents in our EDI system for use on wholesale consignments
- Use Netsuite to monitor inbound and outbound shipments and generate reports that will be shared with the wider team
- Help our ANZ team with any other tasks as and when required

**We’d love to hear from you if you**:

- Have a passion for logistics and a strong knowledge of the logistics process and freight forwarding
- Are comfortable using Microsoft Excel. Experience using our ERP Netsuite would be even better
- Are highly organised with an eagle eyed attention to detail. A rigorous approach is essential in this role
- Are comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
- Have excellent communication and people skills. You’ll be working with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Are hardworking, driven and love the idea of being part of a small team that lives, works and plays by Ooni’s values
